What We Stand For
Uncompromising principles in every jar we pack.
100% Natural
No fillers, no artificial MSG, and zero anti-caking agents. Just pure sun-ripened peppers and native herbs.
Ethically Sourced
Direct relationships with smallholder farming communities ensuring fair premiums and eco-friendly harvesting.
Small-Batch Crafted
Milled in measured cycles to seal in peak volatile oils, radiant color, and signature aromatic heat.
The NiniSpicy Process
Hand-Picking
Only ripe, flawless peppers are picked at dawn when moisture and heat are perfectly balanced.
Traditional Sun-Drying
Naturally cured under gentle sunlight on raised drying beds to preserve capsaicin and essential aroma.
Artisanal Stone Milling
Coarsely ground to ensure the pepper retains texture and bursts with flavor the instant it touches hot stew.
Signature Master Blend
Nini personally oversees the harmonious blending of our Extra Hot, Peppersoup, and Banga mixes.
